This article argues that animal testing is a cruel approach and violates the rights of the animals. In order to secure the safety of the humans, the scientific research puts the lives of the animals at stake. The authors highlight that the world has been transforming digitally however, still science lacks an effective tool to reduce the animal testing process. The authors mention that technological tools like organoids and organ-on-chip are in progress that can offer promising benefits and ensure the reduction in animal testing. This article is credible because, throughout the article, a discussion is developed through a scholarly lens. All claims are supported by evidence and statistics are offered to increase the credibility of arguments. I can use this article in the paper to argue that scientists need to work on alternatives to minimize animal testing. I will also argue that governments at the national and global levels must collaborate and allocate funds for the development of technological tools like organoids and organ-on-chip. This article also supports my research thesis that animal testing must be discouraged because of ethical conflicts.
